This super simple little recipe is such a staple in our house. It was great for breaking my habit of buying packaged vegan cheese and is loads healthier too. Delicious on pasta, pizza, salads, soups – everything!
1 cup of cashew nuts
1 tsp salt
4 tablespoons nutritional yeast
Optional (1/4 tsp garlic powder)
Method: Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor and whizz to a fine crumb texture. Store in a jar and put on everything!
