Spinach, Banana, Strawberry and Chia Green Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 1 cup crammed full of spinach leaves
- 1 banana
- 1 cup of strawberries
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 cup of water
Directions:
- Soak chia seeds in a glass with some water to cover for 10-15 minutes, until they go all gooey and grey.
- Chop up banana and strawberries
- Put all into a blender or booster and blitz
