Potato Peel Crisps

I saw an Instagram post earlier this week about potato peel crisps and just had to meal plan a giant shepherds pie so I had loads of peelings to make some right away! And they didn’t disappoint – so delicious…

Simply toss your potato peelings with a drizzle of olive oil and some salt (or whatever other seasonings you’d like) and bake until crispy.

 I made ours in an air fryer and they took about 15 mins (then disappeared in approximately 40 seconds once my lot got their hands on them 😂). Have you tried these yet? L x
