
Homemade healthy strawberry milk, like Nesquik, that is vegan too if you make it with your favourite plant milk! This easy recipe is popular with kids young and old, and also much better for them than the sugary powders or syrups you can buy in the supermarket.
My girls love this with a banana added too to make strawberry banana milk 🙂 They love to help me make this.
Try freezing your strawberries first for a colder drink (note: please only do this if your blender can handle frozen stuff!), or add a scoop of vegan ice cream to make it more of a milkshake.

Homemade Healthy Strawberry Milk
Ingredients:
- 1 and a half cups almond milk (or other plant milk of your choice)
- Approx. 10 strawberries
- 4 dates to sweeten (or a dash of maple syrup)
Directions:
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy.
