A hot day favourite here – iced tea! A really nice fruity flavoursome drink without loads of sugar for the kids, and just super refreshing. Just a couple of tea bags, mix and match – rooibos, fruit and herbal all work great but you can have fun trying lots of combos, the kids really like to.
We used @pukkaherbs elderberry and echinacea and a bag of motherkind pregnancy tea I had leftover from when I was preggers with Ro, just drop in ice cold water and steep for 5 mins stirring a few times – add ice cubes / fruit / fresh herbs / lemon slices if you have them.
