Garlic & Coriander Pitta Breads

These stonebaked wholemeal pittas are often on offer for 5 or 10p a pack on the day they expire when I pop into the post office with my work parcels (Its one of those PO’s within a convenience store) so I often grab a pack and bung them in the freezer.

Today I wanted a quick accompaniment to curry so toasted one side then slathered the other with some butter, garlic powder and dried coriander before toasting under the grill, so yummy and a great way to use up the last of a pack!
