So easy, my pre-schoolers made them! Easy, vegan mince pies that are perfect for, well, eating piles of in the run up to christmas 🙂 I love them with a dollop of soya cream on.

1 sheet Jus Rol shortcrust pastry
1 jar mincemeat (most are vegan but double check to be sure!)
Plant milk (optional)
Preheat oven to 180*C.
Cut out circles of pastry to line a 12 hole bun tin.
Put a teaspoon of mincemeat in each circle.
Cut a smaller circle / heart / festive star shape and pop on top of the mincemeat.
Brush with a little milk if desired.
Bake for 9-12 minutes, until lightly golden.Let cool slightly, then stuff them in your face 🙂
