
The courgettes started producing this week and we are inundated already š Cream of courgette soup with homemade bread croutons cooked with garlic and rosemary, so yummy! Had a stinking head cold/ mastitis for a couple of days so Iām trying to cook all the goodness to get me better!
Croutons are a great way to use up the leftover ends of bread that are going a bit hard, just toss them in a bit of olive oil, some garlic powder, and chopped fresh or dried herbs that cook for about 10 mins in a 180*C oven. Gorgeous! L x
